NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Campbell-Michel Estates 1 & 2 Major Plats - Subdivide 40 acres of land into 170 single-family residential lots. The proponent is AHO Construction Inc. The site is located in the S 1/2 N 1/2 NESW, S 1/2 NESW, and a portion of tax #8756 in S 1/2 SW less tax #8786, S26-T19N-R28E, north of Yonezawa Blvd. and 1300' east of Division Street in the R-1, Single Family Residential Zone.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by February 10, 2005 to the Responsible Official.
