NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Planning Department has received and found the following land use application to be technically complete as of March 2, 2005 and ready for processing, public review and comment. A Minor Zone Change for a ~30.25-acre parcel zoned Urban Public Facilities with a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation of Industrial (Urban). The applicant is seeking a zone change to Urban Light Industrial. This zone change will make the zoning consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation. The subject property is located North of State Highway 17 and southwest of the Grant County Airport within the Moses Lake Urban Growth Boundary, and is a portion of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 20 N., Range 28 E., W.M., Grant County WA.
