NOTICE OF APPLICATION & ISSUANCE OF MDNS:

Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Planning Department has received and found the following land use application to be technically complete as of March 5, 2005 and is ready for processing, public review and comment. A Shoreline Substantial Development Conditional Use Permit and SEPA Application(s) from Rick Penhallurick to construct the following: The construction of a freestanding 4' x 16' dock connecting to a 8' x 20' dock, for a total length of 36 feet and two boat lifts located on the south side of dock. Dock will be supported by five pairs of iron pipe legs resting on channel iron feet on the shoreline of Moses Lake in the Urban Residential - 3 zone of Grant County. The site address of the subject parcel is 2424 Elgin Rd NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837 and is a portion of Section 20, Township 19 N., Range 28 E., WM Grant County, WA. Assessors Parcel 17-0760-000 SEPA review has been performed and a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance has been issued on March 4, 2005. Project planner: Dorothy Black

Any comments submitted regarding this application must be received by April 8, 2005 at 5:00 pm, addressed to the identified project planner at the above address. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, personally delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law.
