NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Planning Department has received and found the following land use application to be technically complete as of March 4, 2005, 2005 and ready for processing, public review and comment.

A Plat Alteration (re-plat) consolidating portions of Block 11, 12, 24 and 25, of the Trinidad Plat. This plat alteration combines several small substandard lots into 8 lots, ranging from 1.09 acre to 1.57 acres in size all located in the Rural Community Zone of Grant County. A SEPA Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) was issued on March 4, 2005.

The project area is located in a portion of the NW _ of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. Assessors Tax Parcels # 05-0637-000, 05-0911-002, 05-0911-003, 06-0911-004, 05-0911-005, 05-0911-006, & 05-0911-007. Project Planner: Dorothy Black

The Plat Alteration application is tentatively scheduled for an open record public hearing before the Grant County Planning Commission at 7 p.m. on Wednesday April 6, 2005 in the County Commissioner's Hearing Room in the Grant County Courthouse. At the time of the hearings any person(s) may appear and be heard either for or against the listed proposals. Copies of all application materials and the SEPA DNS (file #04-3889) are available from the Grant County Planning Department, P.O. Box 37, 32 C Street NW, Room 26A, Ephrata, Washington, 98823, (509) 754-2011, Ext. 625. Written comments may be submitted no later than March 24, 2005 to the identified project planner at the above address. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, personally delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, and/or participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision and to appeal as provided by law.
