NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD March 15, 2005 at 10:30 am. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Rezone for Clint Brown of approximately five acres from Urban Residential 3 to Urban Residential 2. The property is located in the northern portion of Cascade Valley. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
