NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND SEPA MDNS

Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Planning Department has received the following land use application, which is ready for processing, public review and comment as of March 3, 2005. A Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit for a 12' x 40' dock and a 9' x 10' boatlift on the shoreline of Moses Lake. The dock will be freestanding supported by ten (10) 3" x 3" metal legs on 24" x 24" x 8" concrete footings. A SEPA MDNS was issued for this proposal on February 24, 2005. The site address of the subject area is 2874 Wild Goose RD, Moses Lake and is also known as Lot 2 of the Wild Goose Point Subdivision located in the Suburban Shoreline Environment of Grant County; and is a portion of Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, Willamette Meridian, Parcel #12-1126-202. Copies of the application materials (File #05-4014) and SEPA MDNS for the above proposed land use action are available from the Grant County Planning Department, 32 C St. NW, Room 318, PO Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 623. Comments and/or requests for Notice of Decision must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. April 8, 2005 to the identified project planner at the above address. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, personally delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the SEPA MDNS and land use permit.
