NOTICE TO PESTICIDE SUPPLIERS

Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID for Herbicide Materials 2005, will be received by Grant county at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courhouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:45 P.M., Tuesday, March 8, 2005 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.

This contract provides for furnishing and delivering herbicide materials for the 2005 season in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Specifications may be obtained from the office of the County Engineer, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823, at no charge.

The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
