NOTICE OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE YEARS OF 2006 - 2011

RESOLUTION No. 2005-234-CC

WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 36.81.121, Grant County is preparing a proposed Comprehensive Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six years of 2006 - 2011, and

WHEREAS, it appears to be the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, that it would be in the public interest to hold a hearing on the said proposed program,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on July 19, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. in the Commissioners Office in the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington and at that time anyone may appear and be heard either for or against the adoption of this program.
