Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID for Stratford Rd. NE, CRP 04-14, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, PO Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2005 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
