Notice is hereby given that a Reasonable Use Exception was received on June 7, 2005 from Daniel Hansen; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of June 16, 2005. PROJECT: to allow the development of a single-family dwelling on a 2.42-acre parcel. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: 12239 Heritage Ln., Moses Lake, WA 98837; a portion of S 6, T 18 N, R 29 E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel No. 18-0095-000). ZONING: Rural Residential-2. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission Hearing, 7 pm, August 3, 2005 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
