An ordinance amending Chapter 12.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Street Construction or Improvement Reimbursement Charges"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes reimbursement charges for the future improvements at the intersection of Paxson Drive and Valley Road.

This ordinance, which was passed on June 14, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
