PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Grant County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing in accordance with Cahpter 25.12 of the Grant county Unified Development Code and the Grant County Comprehensive Plan to consider proposed amendments submitted in accordance with the said Plan adopted in September, 1999 as amended an in accordance with State Law RCW 36.70A, as recommended by the Grant County Planning Commission.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Grant County Board of Commissioners will consider review of the SEPA (State Environmental Policy Act) addendum to the Environmental Impact Statement as adopted and prepared in accordance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) RCW 43.21.C

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, The public hearings will commence on Thursday , June 30, 2005 from 8 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. for items 2004-01 to 2004-06 and again on Wednesday July 6, 2005 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for items 2004-07 to 2004-12 as per the schedule listed below, in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing froom on the second floor of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington, at which time any person or persons may appear and be heard either for or against the approval or denial of the proposed Planning Commission recommendations.
