NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING

The following land use application was inadvertently scheduled for the incorrect time of 12:00pm on June 1, 2004. Due to the error in scheduling the public hearing has been rescheduled to 7:00pm on July 6, 2005.

A request for a Minor Rezone received on April 18, 2005 from the ASPI Group (Designated Contact: Mike Budd, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376); and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of May 2, 2005. PROJECT: A Minor Zone Change for eleven (11) parcels totaling ~241.94-acres from Urban Light Industrial to Urban Commercial 1. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None STUDIES REQUIRED: None LOCATION: The subject area is located adjacent to the Larson Subdivision on the east side of Patton BLVD and south of the Grant County Airport within the Moses Lake Urban Growth Boundary; a portion of Section 4, Township 20 N., Range 28 E., W.M., Grant County WA. (Parcel #17-0150-012, 17-1250-004, 17-0147-000, 31-2006-000, 31-2007-000, 31-2008-000, 31-2009-000, 12-2151-000, 12-2152-000, 12-2153-000, & 12-2154-000.) ZONING: Urban Light Industrial. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission hearing, 7 pm, July 6, 2005 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 623; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm May 23, 2005 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
