Notice is hereby given that a Variance Application was received on May 4, 2005 from Gregory Thomas and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of May 20, 2005. PROJECT: a Variance to the 25-foot front setback. The applicant is proposing a 20 feet from the front property line for the placement of an accessory structure on the Lot 315 of Desert Aire Division No. 1. SEPA is exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is located at 121 Lake Place Desert Aire, Mattawa, WA 99349, and is a portion of Section 22, Township 14 N, Range 23 E, W.M. Grant County. Assessor Tax Parcel No. of Proposal Site: 02-0340-000. ZONING: Rural Village Residential-1. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment Hearing, 7 pm, July 13, 2005 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
