An ordinance amending Chapter 18.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled iIndustrial Zonesi

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which allows commercial uses in the industrial zones located adjacent to Marina Drive and West Broadway.

This ordinance, which was passed on July 26, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
