THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WARDEN HAS ADOPTED A NEW SECTION 13.20.025 IN CHAPTER 13.20 ENTITLED WATER SERVICE CHARGES, ENTITLED "PUBLIC SCHOOL IRRIGATION WATER RATES"

Passed by the City Council of the City of Warden, Washington, this 28th day of June, 2005.
