NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Beverly, Washington until 2:30 P.M., on August 10, 2005 for Painting of Transmission Towers #301 & #101 at Wanapum Dam as more fully described in Contract Documents 330-2069.

On the above date, the Bids will be opened and read aloud at the District's Contracting Office, 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW, Beverly, WA 99321. All bids shall be subject to and shall comply with the "Instructions to Bidders" contained in the Contract Documents. Copies are available to pre-qualified Bidders only for high voltage electric painting work at the District's Beverly office or via the District's Beverly office or via the District's contracting website at http://grantpud.ebidsystems.com.

A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for all pre-qualified bidders beginning at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, August 4, 2005. All pre-qualified Bidders shall meet at the District's Hydro Administration building located at 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW, Beverly, WA 99321
