Bruce Alan Galbraith, April 11, 1950 — July 11, 2005

| July 19, 2005 9:00 PM

Bruce grew up in Wenatchee, and over the years spent time as a plumber, orchard worker, fisherman, hiker and camper, photographer and artist. A banker by occupation for 23 years, he quit the banking industry in 2002 and followed his heart. He worked the last three summers of his life for the Forest Service out of the Naches Ranger District. "I get to eat lunch on a mountaintop every day and it doesn't get any better than that."

Bruce is the son of Milton and Lora Galbraith, Wenatchee; the husband of Melinda (Lindy) Wilson Galbraith; father of Bryan Galbraith and Meg Galbraith Jolin; brother to Carol Galbraith Hill, Juanita Galbraith Munday and Lance Galbraith; son-in-law of Dete and Donna Detering; and friend to many.

A celebration of his life and eternal life with God will be held on Saturday, July 23rd at 1 p.m. at Mountainview Christian Fellowship, 7105 Alpine Way, Yakima, WA 98908. Memorials may be given to Children's Hospital (Seattle) or Union Gospel Mission (Yakima).
