Dwaine Leland Kultgen

Dwaine Leland Kultgen, Sr., 29, of Spokane, passed away July 12, 2005 at his home with his loving wife at his side.

He was born October 30, 1975 in Othello to Gary and Diana Kultgen. Most of Dwaine's growing up years were in Moses Lake.

Dwaine married Shauna Stephens October 22, 1999 in Couer d'Alene, Idaho.

Dwaine loved to go hunting. Wolves were a passion with him and he loved to collect things that depicted the wolf. He liked fast cars and four-wheel-drive rigs. Dwaine was a very loving husband, father and son, grandson and brother.

Dwaine is survived by his wife, Shawna, of Spokane; sons, Dwaine, Jr. and K.C. Kultgen and daughter, Shianne of Spokane; mother, Diana Leland of Moses Lake; brother, Shawn (Sara) Kultgen, Missoula, Mont.; sisters, Michelle Kultgen, Moses Lake; AutumLee (Chris) Strange, Moses Lake; Sheena Kultgen, Shelby, Mont.; grandmother, Katherine Marie Kultgen, Othello; grandmother, PeggyLee Chillson, Moses Lake; grandfather, Gerald Stephens, Livingston, Mont.; nurmous neices, nephews and cousins. Special thoughts form Little Tang and Jelly Bean.

Dwaine was preceded in death by his father, Gary Kultgen, grandfather, uncle and great-grandparents.

A time for final visitation has been set aside at Stevens Funeral Chapel on Thursday, July 14, 2005, from 2 to 7 p.m. with a Rosary said at 7 p.m. A memorial mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Othello, Friday at 11 a.m. with burial to follow at Bess Hampton Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Chapel.
