PORT OF MOSES LAKE

(GRANT COUNTY PORT DISTRICT NO. 10)

PROPOSALS will be received at the Administration Office, Port of Moses Lake, Grant County International Airport, Moses Lake, Washington, until 2:00 p.m. local time, July 25, 2005, for the project of removing rubber deposits from Runway 09/27 at the Grant County International Airport.

Public opening of the proposals will be in the Board of Commissioners conference room, located on the main floor of the Terminal Building. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be accepted. No bidder may withdraw or alter his proposal after the hour set for opening unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period of more than thirty (30) days after the date of opening. The work shall be satisfactorily completed for the rubber removal project no sooner than August 15, 2005, and by no later than September 30, 2005.

Bonafide bidders may obtain copies of specifications of work required at the office of the Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews Street N.E. Ste. 200, Grant County International Airport, Moses Lake, Washington.

The Board of Commissioners of the Port of Moses Lake shall be the sole judge of the bids and reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, waive technicalities or irregularities, and to accept any proposal or option of such bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the Port of Moses Lake.
