REQUEST FOR BIDS

Palisades Development Group, as Construction Manager for Pelican Horn Apartments Limited Partners, is requesting bids from sub-contractors for 36 unit apartment complex rehabilitation project located in Moses Lake, WA.

Contract Documents may be examined at the Housing Authority of Grant County, 1139 Larson Blvd, Moses Lake, WA, 98837 (509) 762-5541. The Contract Documents may be purchased for $75.00 each set. Any Bidder or non-bidder, upon returning the Contract Documents promptly and in good condition, will be refunded $35.00.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 2:00 p.m., July 15, 2005 to Palisades Development Group, PO Box 1970, Moses Lake, WA 98837.

All bids over $50,000 must include performance bonding.

This project is funded in part by Washington State Housing Trust Fund. All related regulations and requirements will apply. This project is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates. Contractors must meet all qualifications for contracting and pay all employees prevailing wage.
