NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chaper 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Laguna Shores Major Plat and Shoreline Permit -

Subdivide 3.7 acres of land into 14 single-family

residential lots. The proponent is Todd Lengenfelder. The site is located on a portion of Tax #10, 167 in the NE 1/4 of S32-T19N-R28E,

located east of Laguna Drive and south of Sage

Road, in the R-3, Multi-family Residential Zone.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by July 13, 2005 to the Responsible Official.
