"Effective January 1, 2006, MCI (r) will increase your intrastate payphone use charge for residential service, Option CG (Small Business Long Distance Plan A), Option CH (Small Business Long Distance Plan B), Option CI (Small Business Long Distance Plan C), Option CK (Business B2 Integrated Service), Option CL (Business B2 Toll Free Service), and Option DE (Small Business Long Distance Plan D) service >from $0.30 to $0.55; and will increase your intrastate payphone use charge for Option H (Prism Plus), Option M (MCI Preferred), Option O (Commercial Dial-1), Option T (MCI Flat Rate), Option V (MCI Flat Rate Plus), Option W (Advanced Option I for Small Business), Option Y (Advanced Option II for Small Business) service from $0.43 to $0.55. This may increase your MCI total charges. If you have any questions, please call MCI customer service at 1-800-444-3333. In addtion, Telecom*USA (r) will increase your intrastate payphone use charge to $0.30 to $0.55. This may increase your Telecom*USA total charges. If you have any questions, please call Telecom*USA customer service at 1-800-277-0000."
