NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a request for a Minor Zone Change and Replat proposal from Stephen Crowell, Moses Lake. The proponent is seeking a Zone Change from Urban Residential 3 to Urban Residential 2 with a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation of Low Density Residential UR-2. The applicant desires a zone change to Urban Residential-2 (UR-2) in order to make the zoning consistent with the land use designation, and the subdivision of one lot into two parcels containing 1.00 acre and 1.5 acres. The parcels are located off of Valley Road, in Cascade Valley, and contain all of Tract 3, of the Cascade Heights Short Plat, lying in a portion of Section 20, Township 19 N., Range 28 E., W.M., Grant County WA. (Parcel No. 31-2028-000).
