Ordinance No. 2231

An ordinance annexing property commonly known as the Fancher property, to the City of Moses Lake, Washington, and incorporating the same within the corporate limits of the City of Moses Lake, and which provides for the asumption of existing indebtedness.

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which annexes 5.7 acres of property located east of Potato Hill Road and south of 1-90.

This ordinance, which was passed on August 23, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
