Notice of Application

Jerry Crawford submitted The Crossing Short Plat and Substantial Development Shoreline Permit Application on August 15, 2005. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on August 23, 2005. The proposal is to subdivide 3.82 acres into 9 residential lots in the R-1, Single Family Zone. A Category III wetland has been delineated on a portion of the parcel. The site is located north of the Montlake Park and south of Division Street and directly north of the Intersection of Linden Avenue and the Montlake Park Entrance. The project has been determined to be Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code Title 18 Zoning, Title 14 Environmental Regulations, Title 17 Subdivisions, Title 19 Growth Management, Title 20 Development Review Process, and the Shoreline Management Master Plan.

Written comments on this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on September 23, 2005. Public comment may be provided up to the date of the public hearing which is scheduled for October 13, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. In addition, persons who want to be informed of future actions or the final decision on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completion and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in Chapt. 20.11, Appeals.
