An ordinance amending Chapter 12.24 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Trees and Shrubs"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which changes the title of Chapter 12.24 from "Trees and Shrubs" to "Plantlife" and amends the regulations.

This ordinance, which was passed on August 9, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
