1. The petitioner has started an action in the above court requesting:

Other: that the Petitioners be granted custody of the following child: Brandon Blankenship.

2. The petition also requests that the Court grant the following relief:

Approve a residential schedule for the dependent child.

Determine support for the dependent children pursuant to the Washington State Support Schedule.

Enter a continuing restraining order.

Award the tax exemptions for the dependent children as follows: to the Petitioners.

Other: Any such further and other relief as the the Court may deem just and equitable.

3. You must respond to this summons by serving a copy of your written response on the person signing this summons and by filing the original with the clerk of the court. If you do not serve your written response within 60 days after the date of the first publication of this summons (0 days after the 15th day of July, 2005), the court may enter an order of default against you, the court may, without further notice to you, enter a decree and approve or provide for other relief requested in this summons. In the case of a dissolution of marriage, the court will not enter the final decree until at least 90 days after service and filing. If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned person, you are entitled to notice before an order of default or a decree may be entered.

4. Your written response to the summons and petition must be on form WPF CU.01.0330, Response to Non Parental Custody Petition. The object of this action is to quiet title in Plaintiff to real estate in Grant County, Washington, described as:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 16 North, Range 26 E.W.M. Grant County, Washington; thence South along the West line of said Section 14 a distance of thirty (30) feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said Section 14 to the intersection of the Southwesterly right of way line of Primary State Highway 26; thence Northwesterly along said right of way line to the intersection of the North line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 14; thence Westerly along said line to the True Point of Beginning.
