Peggy Green

Peggy Green, 74, of Othello. entered into rest April 23,2005 at her home, with her husband at her side.

Peggy was born on May 10, 1930 at Seiling, Ok. to Lloyd and Myrtle Fuqua.

She married Louis Green June 14, 1948 in Huntsville County,Texas and then lived in Chester, Ok. until moving to Othello, Wash. in 1957.

Peggy loved being a homemaker. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, helping her husband with the cattle on their farm, cooking, canning fruit and raising flowers. Her favorite sport was watching the Mariners baseball games. Louis said She was my right hand helper."

Peggy is proceeded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Louis at the family home; Sons and daughters-in-law Jim and Judy Green of Bowman, N.D., Bill and Dee Green of Othello, Wash.; Daughters and sons-in-law Glenda and Kruger Adkison of Sedro Woolley Wash. and Starr and Douglas Winters of Moses Lake, Wash., 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; one brother Ron Fugua of Longview, Wash., and 4 sisters Veta Davidson of Alva Okla.; Bodie Hutchinson of Decatur Ill.; Janet Pollard and Darlene Huisenga both of Longview, Wash.

A time for visitation has been set aside at Stevens Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 beginning at 1:00 P.M. and concluding at 7:30 P.M.. Services will be held at the Nazarene Church of Othello, April 28, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. with burial to follow at the Bess Hampton Memorial Gardens in Othello. Services are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Chapel.
