Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Planning Department has received and found the following land use application to be technically complete as of April 21, 2005 and is ready for processing, public review and comment. A Shoreline Substantial Development Conditional Use Permit and SEPA Application(s) from Walter Topinka to construct the following:

The placement of a 9' x 10' boatlift to be placed on the north side of an existing permitted dock located in the Urban Residential - 3 zoning district. The site address of the subject parcel is 2415 Rd H.4 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837 and is a portion of SW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 19 N., Range 28 E., WM Grant County, WA. Assessors Parcel 12-0294-213 SEPA review has been performed and a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance has been issued on April 21, 2005. Project planner: Dorothy Black

Any comments submitted regarding this application must be received by May 25, 2005 at 5:00 pm, addressed to the identified project planner at the above address. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, personally delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law.
