NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Jim Schell of Marlin, WA has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3-22905C.

That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-22905C authorizes the withdrawal of 600 gallons per minute, 562.5 acre-feet per year, from April 1 to Oct. 31, each year, for the irrigation of 225 acres.

That the present point of withdrawal is from a well, within the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Sec. 10, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the present place of use is within, the S 1/2 of Sec. 10, except the N 1/2 N 1/2 SW 1/4, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington.

That he proposes to move 88.5 acres from the existing place of use to the NW 1/4 of Sec. 14, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a two dollar ($2.00) recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from April 27, 2005.
