NOTICE OF DECISION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on March 10, 2005, the State of Washington Department of Ecology approved an amendment to the Grant County Shorelines Master Program Shorelines Environment Designation for the following:
Description: A limited scope amendment, constituting an environment redesignation, from Rural to Suburban in the following shoreline location:
Moses Lake: Within the Moses Pointe Planned Unit Development from the north property line of Parcel Number 17-0726-000 in the N.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 18, Township 19 N., Range 28 E.W.M. to the south property line of Parcel Number 17-0177-002 in the North 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 7, Township 19 N., Range 28 E.W.M. as per Ordinance No. 03-100-CC . Said amendment will change the Official Shoreline Environment Map, and Chapter IV, Environments, Page 21, environment designations for Moses Lake.

New Environment Designation: Suburban
Zoning Designation: Planned Unit

The application was reviewed by the Washington State Department Ecology at a public hearing in Moses Lake and found to conform to the criteria for approval pursuant to RCW 90.58.020 policy. Pursuant to Grant County Code 25.04.375, this Notice of Decision shall be forwarded to parties of record, the applicant and other applicable parties of interest.
The applicant and/or a party with standing may appeal this decision to the Superior Court of Grant County by filing a written appeal together with the applicable filing fee with the Clerk of the Superior Court, located at 35 C Street N.W., P.O. Box 37, Ephrata, Washington 98823, (509) 754-2011, Ext. 444, and serving all parties listed in Chapter 36.70C RCW, within 21 calendar days of the date the decision was issued, pursuant to the provisions of Grant County Code 25.04.430 and RCW 36.70C.040 (Land Use Petition Act). Service of a copy of the petition for appeal shall also be made to the Grant County Auditor, located at 35 C Street N.W., P.O. Box 37, Ephrata, Washington 98823, (509) 754-2011, Ext. 333, pursuant to RCW 36.70C.040(5)..
