NOTICE
Moses Lake- The Grant County Mosquito Control District #1 is continuing with its annual mosquito control services. The biological products Altosid A.L.L. and Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (b.t.i.) are being used this year in the aerial larviciding program. These products are applied to swamps or other standing water where the mosquito larva are present.
The bilogical product Bacillus sphaericus will be applied to sewer ponds and similar standing water high in organic matter.
Products with the active ingredients naled or synthetic pyrethroid will be used in the nighttime adulticiding program.

OF HEARING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, considers a certain county road right-of-way useless and that the public would be benefited by its vacation and abandonment, and by this resolution entered upon its minutes, now declares its intention to vacate and abandon a certain county road right-of-way described as follows:
Legal description: THAT PORTION OF THE COUNTY ROAD KNOWN AS TEAL PLACE, ALSO KNOWN AS COUNTY ROAD NUMBER 31800, FROM MILE POST 0.00 AT THE EAST SIDE OF CRESCENT BAR ROAD TO MILE POST 0.15 AT THE END OF TEAL PLACE, MORE ACCURATELY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS (SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A AND B):
A PORTION OF LAND IN THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 23 EAST, W.M., GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

SAID TRACT CONTAINS 0.59 ACRES OF LAND MORE OR LESS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to prepare a report on said vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related matters shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 20th.
