NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Planning Department has received and found the following land use application to be technically complete as of April 11, 2005 and ready for processing, public review and comment. A Minor Zone Change for parcels totaling ~110-acres zoned Rural General Commercial, with a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation of Urban Commercial. The applicant is seeking a zone change to Urban Commercial 2. This zone change will make the zoning consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation. The subject property is located East of Rd L NE and North of North Frontage Rd and is within a portion of Section 31, Township 19 N., Range 29 E., W.M., Grant County WA.
