Notice is hereby given that a Variance was received on March 21, 2005 from Brian Buche, PO Box 278, Electric City, WA 99123); and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of April 6, 2005. PROJECT: The request is to vary from the requirement limiting the size of accessory structures to 1,500 sq ft prior to the construction of a primary use. The applicant is proposing the construction of a 3,360 sq ft structure in the Rural Residential 2 Zone of Grant County. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is located on 55318 SR 155 N., Washington, and is a portion of Section 29, Township 28 N, Range 30 E, W. M. Grant County. Assessor Tax Parcel of Proposed Site is 31-2474-000. ZONING: Rural Residential 2. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment Public Hearing, 7 pm, May 11, 2005 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
