Notice is hereby given that a request for a Variance was received on March 11, 2005 from Joe Crain, 301 Arrowhead Place, Mattawa, WA 99349, (509) 932-5913; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of April 6, 2005. PROJECT: A variance to the front setback requirement of 25 feet for accessory structures in Desert Aire. SEPA: Exempt ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None STUDIES REQUIRED: None LOCATION: The site address of the subject area is 301 Arrowhead Pl, Desert Aire, WA; a portion of S 27, T 14 N, R 23 E, WM, Grant County, WA. (parcel #'s 02-0305-000) ZONING: Rural Village Residential 1. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustments hearing, 7 pm, May 11, 2005 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
