Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Planning Department has issued a SEPA MDNS for placement of 1200 cubic yards of fill behind a retaining wall in order to create a level area. The subject proposal is located on Lots 8 & 9 Block 3; Sunland Estates Division #3 at 1118 N. Section Place, Quincy and is a portion of the NE _ of Section 12, Township 18 N, Range 22 E. WM.
