Material Lease Changes

The Department of Natural Resources has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Lease No.60-B55083 leased to L. C. Bertsch Corp., and described as portions of Section 16, Township 24 North, Range 27 East, W.M., containing 29 acres, in Grant County. The lease term will be amended to a new end date of 2037 and the permitted use will be commercial recreation.
