NOTICE OF VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the land owner, Michael Mulcahy, has requested the vacation of the dedicated five (5) foot utility easements existing on each side of the interior lot line of lots 24 and 25 (311 Airport Way North) of the plat of "Desert Aire Division 7" as recorded in book 12, at pages 67 and 68, records of Grant County, Washington, commencing from a point on the interior lot line a distance five (5) feet from the front lot line on Airport Way N extending along the interior lot line to a point 10 feet from the rear lot line. The requested vacation is being processed concurrently with an application for lot consolidation. Any party objecting to or having comment on the proposed easement vacation may submit written comments to the Grant County Planning Department, PO Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, 754-2011, by no later than 5 pm April 11, 2005. Comments may be hand delivered (32 C St. Suite 26a), submitted by mail or FAX (754-6097). Notice published 03/29/05 & 04/05/05.
