City of Moses Lake Notice of Application, Completeness, and Public Hearing

Mike Morse has applied for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit. The application is complete and ready for review. The proposal is for a 8 foot by 25 foot dock, and 30 foot long bulkhead. The site is located at 4090 Cove West Drive. The project has been determined to be Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The project will require environmental review.
