Natalie "Dolly" Leibelt

Natalie "Dolly" Leibelt, 83, of George passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2005 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee following a sudden illness.

She was born on February 12, 1922 at Culbertson, Mont. to Peter and Kathline (Burback) Damm.

She attended school in Montana; she married Albert Leibelt on January 6, 1940 in Fairview, Mont. They moved to George in March 1960 where they farmed. Dolly sold cars through Central Car Sales in Quincy for the past 25 years. Albert preceded her in death in February 2003.

Dolly is survived by her children Calvin (Myra) Leibelt of George, Glenda (Robert) Engen of Quincy and Janis (Charles) Schenck of St. George, Utah.

She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; sisters Lilly Servo of Richland, Molly Rasmussen of Quincy, Annie Buckholz of Havre, Mont., Bertha Kaufman of Quincy; and brother Dave Damm of Yakima.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Quincy. Officiating will be Pastor Virginia Johnson. Concluding services and interment will follow in the Quincy Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 3rd at Scharbach's Columbia Funeral Chapel in Quincy from noon until 5 p.m.
