City of Moses Lake Notice of Application, Completeness, and Public Hearing

The applicant has applied for a Site Plan Review on February 22, 2005. The application was determined to be is complete and ready for review on March 29, 2005. The proposal is a 50 foot by 60 foot aircraft hangar in the Municipal Airport Zone. The site is located at 11905 Rd 4 NE Parcel #31. The project has been determined to be Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code 18.35. The project will not require environmental review.
