Victor Allen Stende

Victor Allen Stende, age 65, passed away May 21, 2004 at his Ritzville home following a courageous battle with cancer.

Victor was born December 10, 1938 and grew up in Minnesota and North Dakota before moving to Spokane where he worked for the BNSF Railroad as a machine operator. He met Marsha K. Foster of Ritzville and they were married December 21, 1996. Together they have made their home in Ritzville for the past seven years.

Victor is survived by: his wife Marsha; stepchildren, Lisa Simonsen, George, Cindy and David Carelton; stepgrandchildren, Kymberlee and Kannon Webb, and Kelley and George Issac Carleton; and a brother, Ronald Larson of Anoka, Minn.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 11 a.m. at the Ritzville Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Vault Interment will follow at the Ritzville Memorial Cemetery.

Danekas Funeral Home, Ritzville, Wash. is in charge of funeral arrangements. Visitation at Danekas Chapel will be on Monday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
