A three-point third quarter finally did in Odessa as Sprague-Harrington ran away with a 61-40 win Tuesday.
Andrea Cook scored 18 for Odessa and shot 12 of 16 from the free-throw line, but it was turnovers that shutdown Odessa, rather than offense. Sprague-Harrington forced 27 turnovers while only committing 14 of its own.
"The kept pressure defense the whole game," Odessa head coach Neil Jeske said.
