MOSES LAKE — A Moses Lake man was arrested Tuesday in a sting after allegedly attempting to commit sexual acts with a 13-year-old who turned out to be an undercover detective.

City of Moses Lake Notice of Application, Public Hearing and Optional DNS Mike Suhling submitted an application on January 8, 2019 to install a 192 square foot dock (8' x24') extension to an existing 160 square foot dock (8' x 20'). Existing dock and gangway were approved by exemption in 2018. The water is shallow in this area and no other impacts are identified to the shoreline. The property is located at 1212 Eastlake Drive, Moses Lake, WA. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on February 8, 2019.
