Rita Witte, director of the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce, hands out candy to a happy Buzz Lightyear. She and her fellow minion Suzy Anderson, one of the chamber’s board members, worked to help ensure city residents and businesses could get together and have a good time for the spookiest holiday of the year.
