Yakima took Game 2 on Tuesday 10-9. The Spuds were able to keep their bats going well after fighting back from a big deficit to force extra innings in the first game of the evening, but were unable again to seal the victory. Playing in Moses Lake on Wednesday, the Spuds remained within fighting distance of the visitors before the Beatles were able to pour in eight runs in the top of the seventh to seal an 11-0 victory in the game.
