Evald Leaf loved family, fishing and gatherings of friends. He lived a long life and was planning his spring planting when he passed at the age of 101.

MOSES LAKE — The Columbia Basin Allied Arts Garden Party brought folks together from all over the Basin to further the local arts scene Saturday.
