Grant County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Haring, right, shown here with Undersheriff John McMillan, was honored as the GCSO’s December 2023 Employee of the Month, the GCSO announced Thursday. Haring was recognized because of his dedication to the Moses Lake Sand Dunes and spending his off-duty time making sure the dunes are safe for recreation, according to Chief Deputy Josh Sainsbury.
