MOSES LAKE – The photo above was found in our archives and depicts a Bell Telephone System employee handing a phone to a patient. The photo has few legible markings on the back but is dated July 18, 1944, and the date stamp says it was taken or processed by Gabriel Moulin Studios of San Francisco, California.
